We cannot accept any returns for merchandise that has been used, laundered, damaged or assembled. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging or subject to a 20% restocking fee. All return shipping must be paid by buyer, we will consider any reimbursement on a case by case basis. Shipping charges for large freight items are also at buyer’s expense and are responsible for repacking any and all items return. For items with minor damage or only a piece damaged, please contact our store so we can send out a replacement. Please note we must make an attempt send out any replacement parts before the order can be considered for return or refund. You must accept any and all replacement parts if they are available before submitted a return request.
